Organic Chianti Classico Olive Oil D.O.P
Our hand-harvested organic olives are cold-pressed on the very same day to capture the essence of their flavor and preserve their profound nutritional benefits. Moments after pressing, the oil emerges as a vivid, verdant green, with hints of a delicate spice that enhances any dish. The freshly extracted oil is then stored in medium-sized temperature-controlled stainless steel containers, safeguarding its purity and integrity, until it is time to bottle.
All olives are grown in the Chianti Classico region and the oil has obtained D.O.P certification after a panel tasting.
